Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you don't, you have 30 days from delivery to request a refund or a replacement.

How to start
Email ishannathani2002@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about the problem. We reply within 1 business day.

Most items don't need to be shipped back
For the majority of orders we approve a refund or send a replacement without asking you to return the item. If a return is required, we email you instructions and cover the return shipping cost. Please don't send anything back before contacting us, because returns sent without prior approval can't be processed.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. You keep the original item.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. If 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still haven't seen it, email us.

Sale items and discount codes
Items bought on sale or with a discount code are covered by this policy on exactly the same terms as everything else.

Exceptions
Gift cards cannot be refunded. Items clearly marked "final sale" on the product page are excluded, and we will always say so before you buy.

Cancelling an order
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel and refund in full, provided the order hasn't already shipped.
