Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is available and is calculated at checkout by destination.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum spend. Express shipping is $15 and can be selected at checkout. International rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
US standard delivery usually takes 7-14 business days from the day your order ships. Express usually takes 3-6 business days. International usually takes 10-21 business days. These are estimates rather than guarantees, and carrier delays, customs, weather, and peak seasons can extend them.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2-4 business days to show its first scan. That's normal and doesn't mean your parcel is lost.

Orders with several items
Orders containing more than one item may arrive in separate parcels on different days, at no extra cost to you.

Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email ishannathani2002@gmail.com within 12 hours and we'll fix it before the order ships. We can't reroute a parcel once it's in transit.

Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or your parcel hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

Customs and import duties
International customers may be charged import duties or taxes by their local customs authority. These are set by your country and are not included in our prices.
